Understanding your plan
SilverScript is the prescription drug plan for Medicare-eligible participants in a Pfizer Medicare Advantage option or a Pfizer Prescription Drug-Only option.
Coverage is provided by SilverScript® Insurance Company, which is affiliated with CVS Caremark®, Pfizer’s current pharmacy benefit manager.
Medicare Part D
The plan combines Medicare Part D prescription drug benefits with additional Pfizer benefits to provide you with the same level of coverage as those who are not eligible for Medicare.
Your plan benefits
View the benefits summary on Rx Plus or Rx Base options. Review your 2025 deductible, your 25% coinsurance for non-Pfizer medications, and the $0 cost benefit for most Pfizer brand-name drugs.

You can have your prescriptions filled at one of SilverScript’s more than 60,000 network pharmacies across the country. This network includes:

Annual Enrollment: Important Dates
If you want to change your Pfizer medical or prescription drug option, you must make the change during Pfizer’s annual enrollment period. For 2025 coverage, annual enrollment starts on October 14, 2025 and ends on October 25, 2025.
